Pascal has been involved in the energy transition and renewable energies for 15 years. Pascal is also president of Falkor, an investment firm dedicated to the energy transition.


Stéphane Guillard
Chief Financial Officer

As a specialist in renewable energy finance, Stéphane has led several transactions worth over €2 billion, including as head of financing and mergers and acquisitions at Ténergie, the second largest solar operator in France. 

Benoît Decourt
Chief Operating Officer

First in industry at Schlumbergerand then in research at University College in London, Benoît has been working for 12 years on the development of economic models for green hydrogen and carbon utilization.  

Manuel Arbona-Vidal
Director of Development

For nearly 20 years, first at the E.ON group SNET, then at COFELY GDF SUEZ –  that will become ENGIE Solutions – and now with Elyse Energy, Manuel has been supporting industrial companies to carry out their utility and energy production and decarbonation projects.  

Freddy Durán Martinez, Ph.D.
Scientific Director

Both a doctor and engineer in process engineering, Freddy has worked with IFPEN, Total and GRT Gaz since 2013 on several R&D programs combining hydrogen production and low-carbon molecules for chemistry and industry.

Philippe Marchand

Philippe is a renewed international expert of bioenergy and biofuels. Philippe has spent 40 years in the downstream Branch of TotalEnergies in France and abroad. Philippe has notably been in charge of developing biofuels for aviation and the maritime sector within the R&D Strategy Directorate of the Refining-Chemicals division, after having led their development and sales for the New Energies department.

Olivier Salvi

President of INERIS Développement, Olivier is a renowned expert on safety and industrial risk issues in international environment. Within INERIS, Oliver notably led a R&D program on major technological accident prevention, then coordinated international activities at the Scientific Division before managing since 2013 the international subsidiary, Ineris Développement. In that context, he is involved on projects related to the energy transition in Asia & Africa.

Cédric Philibert 

Cédric was an advisor to the French Minister of the Environment, then to the Director General of ADEME, before spending 20 years at the International Energy Agency to investigate climate change and renewable energy. He is now collaborating to work on role of electrification and hydrogen in the decarbonization for industry and transport.


Falkor is an investment company dedicated to the transition of companies and communities towards carbon neutrality, focusing specifically on four areas: renewable power, electricty storage, green hydrogen and Civic Tech.
Vol-V is a major historical player in renewable energies (wind, photovoltaic and biomethane). Today, Vol-V focuses on the following areas: energy transition, ecological transition and, by extension, support to the innovation of technologies and processes that make a positive and lasting contribution to societal and environmental challenges.
